These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Data Analysis, or Product Development 6+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Proficient technical design, problem solving, debugging and communication skills  Demonstrated experience in shipping high quality products and services  Ability to deal with ambiguity, assess opportunities and develop principles to prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality   Proven ability to work and collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders to achieve results and impact  Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, Management Team, etc.) Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.   Ability to create and operationalize processes to transform the effectiveness of the organization with respect to meeting business goals

is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation
