About the TeamThe Talent Management team at DoorDash is responsible for owning the strategy and developing mechanisms to ensure we have a talent dense organization and a culture that allows us to continue to achieve our business aspirations and goals. About the RoleThe Principal, Global Talent Strategy will serve as a key leader within the Talent Management team, responsible for defining  the company's talent strategy. This role will shape the future of the organization by identifying and addressing talent needs, developing strategic priorities, and leading the execution of those priorities through key partner teams, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
