Seeking a dynamic HRIS team member who is passionate about the business of HR and how the systems we provide have a direct correlation to attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding the best talent. People are our most valuable asset and our HRIS team is at the heart of ensuring we provide best in class service and efficiency. This role will be a member of a close-knit global team dedicated to making measurable differences in the lives our team members. We are 2 years into our global Workday journey and will be building on our success with a dynamic and empowering multi-year roadmap. We are seeking someone with rich HRIS experience across the Workday platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
Cross platform expertise with ability to conduct configuration peer reviews
Strategic decision-making and execution in multiple modules
Artful business process administration
Core HCM expertise and user experience across the platform
Holistic talent strategy via Workday that enables attracting, developing, learning, retaining, compensating
Adopting and embracing AI/ML across the platform
Facilitation of multiple cycles of advanced compensation including merit, bonus, and equity
Significant knowledge of how Workday security enables business process design
Automate, automate, automate through reporting and analytics, and use of technologies such as worksheets, prism analytics, discovery boards and request framework
Maximizing our investment through global benefits administration along with finely tuned knowledge of time and absence and related impacts to payroll is a plus
Understanding the Workday roadmap and harmonizing system vision and capability with business need and prioritization
Leading innovative initiatives in a way that wins the hearts of our customers
Foster relationships with advocates and key persons
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Workday HRIS analyst
Solid hands-on experience configuring and maximizing Workday with expertise in multiple modules
Advanced technical acumen in Excel; tools such as Alteryx are a plus
Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our team members have the best tools and processes
Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Minimum 6 years general business experience in the field of Human Resources
Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership
Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal oversight
Proven ability to build rapport, while providing superior customer service and maintaining positive relationships
Maintain the highest level of trust by keeping employee personal information confidential
Drive high levels of quality release management through SDLC practices and testing disciplines
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Solid understanding of key HR touchpoints in hire-to-retire cycle
