Principal IT Specialist
Multi-year contract role
Bountiful, UT
Secret Clearance required
Contract Rate: DOE

• Applies knowledge and experience in supporting information technology activities
• Provides requirements, data, design, planning, build, implementation, execution, and analysis for program/project life cycle
• Designs, operates, and/or maintains technology products
• Provides services related to software, hardware, databases, web resources, networks, and enterprise systems
• Performs network management, software development and database administration

Experience:
• 6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
• Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
• Knowledge, skill and abilities run in conjuction with current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570, and stated educational requirements
• Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
• Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations

Education:
• BS degree in STEM-related field + 15 years of experience
OR
• MS degree + 12 years of experience
OR
• PHD + 9 years of experience
