As a Principal Optical Engineer, you'll lead the development and implementation of optical systems and technologies. You'll provide technical leadership, make important product decisions regarding direction and scope, driving innovation. Provide guidance on complex, high-impact projects, making decisions regarding who works on which areas of projects. Serve as a technical consultant and advisor to executives. Leveraging expert knowledge to innovate optical systems, stewarding strategic direction, our technology roadmap, and long-term success.
Formulating solution strategies for complex problems, and guiding technical efforts to skillfully solve issues

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Optical Engineering or a related technical field with extensive, distinguished experience.
Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in optical systems design/development with excellent track record successfully leading and influencing technical initiatives.
Knowledge - Expertise establishing detailed optical component, coating, and system specifications.
