We are looking for a Principle Product Manager Mobile App to join our team and lead the development and execution of our mobile app strategy
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a mobile app experience that connects e-commerce, in-home design, in-store experiences, gift registry, and content across all WSI brands
You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product managers to bring your vision to life.Responsibilities Develop and execute the mobile app strategy for WSICollaborate with product managers and designers, engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our mobile app Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, development, and launch plansDefine and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including e-commerce, in-home design, in-store, gift registry, and content teams, to ensure a unified mobile app experienceManage product budgets and timelines to ensure delivery on time and on budgetStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growthGuide a team of Mobile App Product Managers on strategy and execution Criteria8+ years of experience in mobile app product development and management3+ years of experience in the retail industryBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycleExperience with native mobile app development (iOS and Android)Experience with mobile app analytics and reportingExperience with agile development methodologiesExperience with cloud-based mobile app development platformsProven track record of launching successful products and driving business growth Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingAbility to work independently and as part of a team, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of business and technology partners This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional Our Culture & Values We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all
