Responsibilities

• Lead discussions and decision-making processes regarding architectural strategies to enhance the scalability of our product
• Provide mentorship and direction to team members on best practices and design methodologies.
• Create cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS
• Collaborate with a dynamic team focused on mutual growth and skill development.
• Shape solutions and architectural priorities across teams by aligning with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring significant business impact while avoiding unnecessary complexity and risk.
• Engage in interdepartmental discussions as a representative of the engineering team.
• Contribute actively to developing the team's product roadmap in collaboration with the product management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/computer science or related field or equivalent experience and self-education.
• Strong knowledge of .NET languages, such as C#
• JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
• ASP.NET, MVC, Razor, .NET Core
• Solid understanding of design patterns and principles of OOP/OOD
• Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, & GitHub
• Background in developing and deploying SaaS applications and services into production using CI/CD tools.
• Experience in building micro-services, REST based APIs, CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience in software development methodologies
• Proven experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven understanding of database technology

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
