You will be bring a wealth of experience in Salesforce architecture, development and integration, with an experience of delivering scalable solutions
This role requires a blend of advanced technical skills and strategic thinking to drive the evolution of our Salesforce platform and enhance our business processes.This is a hybrid role and you will report to Engineering Manager for Sales.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Leadership:You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutionsYou will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developersYou will collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsYou will provide technical guidance to provide best practices for a secure Salesforce platformIntegration Expertise:You will design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce and other systemsYou will evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and patternsYou will ensure data integrity and performance in integrated solutionsCollaboration and Communication:You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other partners to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirementsYou will participate in project planning, estimation, and strategy discussionsQuality Assurance:You will Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security measuresYou will conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standardsYou will implement, maintain and oversee automated testing processesMinimum QualificationsYou have 8+ Year Salesforce development experienceYou hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science or related fieldYou have a proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar leadership roleYou have a strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administrationYou have experience with integration technologies and patternsYou have familiarity with Gen AI technologies and their application in business solutionsPreferred QualificationsYou have experience working in software industryYou hold Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer, Certified Administrator)You have hands-on experience with APIs, Mulesoft, Salesforce to Salesforce integrationYou have previous experience implementing Gen AI solutions or working with AI technologies to enhance business processesYou must stay informed about the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and apply them to improve Salesforce solutionsYou must inspire creativity through the incorporation of AI capabilities into our technical landscape#LI-RM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $141,400 and $228,800
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range
