Whether you're based in Louisville or working remotely, this role offers the chance to lead exciting initiatives that impact how we learn and grow as an organization.
As the Principal Systems Analyst/Administrator, you will take ownership of our digital learning platform (Docebo), leading the configuration and customization to improve user experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our LMS aligns with business needs and provides measurable value. This is a highly technical role where your expertise in system integrations, automation, and data management will shine.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ System Integration & Webhooks : Manage integrations between the LMS and external systems (HRIS, CRM, etc.) using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data exchange and system functionality.
+ Troubleshooting & Support : Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex issues related to the LMS and integrations.
+ Data Management & Security : Oversee the security and integrity of LMS data, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
+ Customization & Enhancement : Customize the LMS for optimal user experience, automating processes and integrating it with internal platforms.
+ Project Management : Lead end-to-end LMS projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefits for users.
+ Reporting & Analytics : Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track user engagement and course effectiveness, using insights to drive system improvements.
+ Training & Documentation : Create and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they fully leverage LMS features.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 7+ years of relevant LMS experience , with a focus on system integrations and data management.
+ Strong expertise in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and webhooks.
+ Proficiency in data management, security protocols, and compliance standards.
+ Experience generating complex reports using tools like Tableau or other BI software.
+ Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with LMS platforms like Docebo, Absorb, or Cornerstone.
+ Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.
+ Experience with integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, etc.).
+ Background in instructional design or e-learning content development.
+ Passion for delivering superior customer service.
Working Conditions:
+ Remote options are available, but the role requires availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
+ Comfortable working with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
*This role can be remote in the US, working EST hours.
