Principal Systems Analyst
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor s degree required. Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
8+ years systems analysis experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Certificate preferred.
Prioritize multiple initiatives and business analysis tasks at the same time.
Proven track record of delivery on complex technology projects.
Able to understand the technology and software architecture of an application.
Shown expertise in various analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis and documentation.
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, SharePoint
Experience with other reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau would be a plus.
Strong data analysis skills including querying, profiling, and analyzing data.
Strong management reporting skills
Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.

The Team
As a Principal Systems Analyst, you blend deep experience in project and program management with a passion for analysis, harnessing technology to solve complex business problems, while focusing to deliver and implement technology solutions. You will work closely with the Strategic Initiative Chapter Lead, Technology Delivery Leaders, and Workplace Investing (WI) Technology teams to monitor strategic program oversight delivery while reporting progress to executive management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with squad leads, business analysts, architects, technology leads,
and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the agreed upon outcomes.
