About the Job
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.Preferred qualifications:Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), with knowledge of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes

Responsibilities Partner with sales manager and vertical sellers to provide business growth driving support, through industry/business knowledge, and go-to-market strategy.Support annual vertical video strategy, gain agreement across stakeholders and collaborate to execute.Manage projects of key video plays and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment at scale.Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and products based on business rationale, advertiser needs, and business growth opportunity for the sector.Represent product gaps and opportunities to Video Product Specialists and Go-to-Market to accelerate business opportunities.
