The Expertise You Have
- 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years managing complex IT projects/initiatives as an agile scrum master.
- Bachelor's degree
- Hands-on experience managing and coordinating large-scale technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience leading, influencing, and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA & JIRA Align is a plus
