2pm-10:30pm
MUST HAVES:
GMP and/or GDP experience (Able to show understanding as to why it’s important that SOPs are followed, step-by-step, exactly as written, and would understand how important it is for documents to be accurate and legible)
Computer skills; independently work with different computer systems (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems)
Capable of standing or sitting for long periods of time and lifting 30 lbs.
Printing quality labels per specifications of label documentation controller and GMP requirements
Able to achieve client's metric (2200 labels printed per shift)
Experience with Inventory management- label receipt
Able to complete second label analysis- identify gross errors on the printed labels prior to submitting to packaging
Summary: Work as part of a Team to execute clinical label printing production. Support additional operational activities in support of sampling and material transfer. Maintain training and compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years working in GMP operations
Exposure to SAP, cGMP/cGDP experience
Sanofi, Catalent, JnJ, and other pharmaceutical companies
Experience in Clinical Supply Packaging Operations preferred
BS/BA preferred
Clinical supply packaging, documentation, or label creation experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and ability to multi-task
Knowledge of general computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Suite).
ERP systems is a plus (Meds, SAP)
Proactive approach to work, identifying potential issues and bringing them to the attention of appropriate personnel for resolution
"A degree or collegiate coursework is highly preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are required. This team communicates frequently with internal and external partners. Professionalism and a keen interest in the position is a must. Although this is an office position, it is more of a technical role in a controlled environment.
Training will take place on 2nd shift."
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for supporting team with label receipt, training new team members, inventory management, and support urgent jobs as required.
Print, inspect, proof, and perform accountability for clinical product labels.
Process labeling/packaging batch paperwork according to GMP/GDP.
Verify before use that equipment calibration date has not been exceeded.
Label inventory management and receipt
Carries out all the appropriate periodic quality inspections during the printing process to ensure the integrity.
Prepares shipment of labels to external packaging sites.
Receives bulk labels from booklet manufacturing vendors
Track team metrics
Assigns shift processing schedule
Train Print Technician Level I team members and remain proficient in appropriate systems and software
