We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at Lindeman & Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing comprehensive print advertising campaigns in the entertainment industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality in deliverables for various platforms. You will play a crucial role in the production, and execution of diverse entertainment key art assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and legal & regulatory (L&R) requirements.
- Oversee production of assets across multiple channels
- Oversee and mentor Production Artist(s), along with freelance talent, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as finishers, production artists, and art directors, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets
- Act as a key contributor in team building and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a strong and creative work environment
- Implement quality control processes to maintain excellence in all deliverables and ensure they meet brand and organizational standards
- Introduce and manage new systems, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency, enhance customization, and meet high volume demands
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaign performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale production campaigns, ideally within the entertainment or media industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and departments
- Knowledge of marketing asset production across various media platforms, including digital, social, and out-of-home
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and uphold quality control in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in streamlining workflows and implementing efficient systems tailored to organizational needs.

- This is a remote position
- The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $100,000-115,000 annually. This range is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
