Opportunity Description

Our client is a multi billion dollar packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning strictures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

This is a site level Printing Manager role with 4 Shift Supervisors and a team of 75 total in the department. This is inside of a 24/7 packaging manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• BS Degree is a plus
• Web Flexo experience is ideal
• Strengths in manufacturing leadership
• Ability to lead a large department inside a large manufacturing operation.
