Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round position
- Flexibility is required from November to May, including weekends, when principals are in residence
- More relaxed full-time schedule from June to October

Job Description:
A private couple in Bal Harbour, FL, seeks an experienced Private Chef / House Manager to oversee meal preparation and property management
The ideal candidate will have formal culinary training and experience providing high-level, white-glove service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for principals and up to 12 guests occasionally
- Create and submit menus for principal approval
- Maintain household inventories and procure supplies, including groceries
- Support property management and oversee estate maintenance, reporting issues to the Estate Manager in NYC
- Coordinate emergency repairs with appropriate contractors
- Collaborate with housekeepers, groundskeepers, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure the home is guest-ready before the principals’ arrival
- Handle special requests and duties as needed
- Provide white-glove service to principals and guests
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
- Formal culinary training
- Excellent references
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Management and hands-on experience
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in English, both written and oral
- Tech-savvy, especially with Smart Home Technology
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- High standards for customer service and accuracy
- Strong project-management and time-management skills
- Creative and critical thinker; effective collaborator
- Flexible and efficient in managing priorities
- Valid US work authorization
- Valid driver’s license
