Dynamic, energetic, high-performing leader sought to join our team as Event Director, overseeing all Event Sales for our beautiful Seattle Waterfront location.

Huge opportunity to lead our amazing $3 million dollar established program and help develop long-term strategies to support growth and revenue; all while having an amazing time!

This is an on-site role, without remote possibilities. We are looking for a professional that thrives on selling our incredible space while acting as a liaison between guests and our Executive Chef, GM, Captain, and service teams daily, as well as both procuring and managing events actively from beginning to end.

Total Compensation | DOE: $115,000-$120,000 (estimated)

Compensation is paid as a salary plus commission; total compensation for the successful candidate is expected to be $115,000-$120,000 per year depending on performance results.

Base salary: $79,000

Commission: .6% of Net Event F&B sales and 4% Room Rental fees | DOE

Our Dream Candidate's Qualifications Include:

• Previous success managing events in hospitality/hotel field (min 4 years, 2 million annual revenue).
  
• Experience with Triple-Seat a plus (other platforms a must).
  
• Proven closer who gets the deal done.
  
• In-office (no remote work offered for this position).
  
• Strong networking abilities with active presence in market.
  
• Qualifies business quickly and efficiently, ensuring profitability.
  
• Awareness of competitive landscape, while acknowledging and articulately explaining our value.
