PRIVATE DUTY - PROVIDING 1:1 PATIENT CARE WITHIN THE COMFORTS OF THE PATIENTS HOME

Our Private Duty services offer the type of care traditional nursing homes from the comfort of home. We help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, cleaning, and cooking. We also provide medication reminders. Private Duty services include both clinically skilled and non-skilled care. Our goal is to provide those who are not able to completely care for themselves an opportunity to live the best quality of life right at home.

LAVERGNE: Mon, Thur, Fri & Sat 8a-8p & Sun 8a-8p EOW

MURFREESBORO: Mon - Fri 12p-8p

MURFREESBORO: Mon - Thur 3p-9p; Fri 2:30p-10:30p; Sun 8a-4p

MURFREESBORO: Alternating Shifts: Currently wk # 1: Wed & Th 9a-7p; Wk # 2: M, Tu, F, Sat & Sun 9a-7p until school starts then evening shifts

MURFREESBORO: Monday - Friday 3:30pm- 9:30p (in school); Monday-Friday 8a-6p (out school)

PART-TIME:

MURFREESBORO: Sunday 8a-6p

MURFREESBORO: Wed & Sun 10a-2p

MURFREESBORO: Fri (6a-7a) & (230p-530p); Sat & Sun 7a-7p

MURFREESBORO: Sun-Sat 6p-10p or 6:30p-10:30p

MURFREESBORO: Wed 11a-5p; Thur & Fri 10a-6p; Sat 10a-6p EOW

QUALIFICATIONS for LPNs:

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR
• Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
