Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney - Integrated Talent Strategies

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney to work in the Washington, DC area.  This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
 

The Private Equity Associate will need at least 3+ years of experience in Private Equity M&A Transactions at a similar law firm size. Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying should have comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet required.
