Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly connected Private Label Manufacture Representative with a strong, established network of relationships within the Apparel and Consumer Goods industries. This role is commission-based, providing significant earning potential for individuals who already possess a robust network of key contacts, particularly with department stores, Big Box retailers, and other prominent retail brands.
The ideal candidate will be a driven, results-focused professional with a demonstrated ability to capitalize on existing relationships and bring value to private-label clients. This position is suited for someone who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment and can leverage their connections to drive significant growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Leverage existing, established relationships with major buyers at Big Box retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco) and department stores (e.g., Macy’s, Kohl’s) to unlock new business opportunities and grow revenue.
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the Apparel and Consumer Goods sectors, focusing on private label and high-profile retail accounts.
- Use your pre-existing network to create immediate impact, expanding the company's presence in key markets by providing solutions that cater to the specific needs of your retail and private label contacts.

Product Knowledge and Sales Strategy:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Apparel and Consumer Goods to confidently communicate product benefits and specifications to clients.
- Develop sales strategies that align with current market trends and your clients' needs, particularly within the private label space, helping to strengthen long-standing relationships and drive repeat business.
- Offer insights into competitor offerings and recommend innovative product improvements that meet the specific requirements of your established clients.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Utilize your well-established relationships to negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver maximum profitability while fostering long-term client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales process, ensuring smooth execution of contracts and successful fulfillment of client orders.
- Address client concerns related to deliveries, order fulfillment, or any other post-sale matters with precision and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Network of Relationships: A robust, pre-existing network of relationships with key decision-makers at Big Box retailers, department stores, and other major retail brands is critical to this role. You must already have access to these clients and demonstrate your ability to leverage these relationships to generate sales.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales within the Apparel and Consumer Goods sectors, particularly with private label clients and large national retailers.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Apparel and Consumer Goods, with the ability to convey technical product details to clients and support their decision-making processes.
- Nationwide Account Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with large national accounts, ensuring consistent business growth and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented professional with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Independent and Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously, manage personal performance, and consistently drive results with minimal oversight.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The commission structure is highly competitive and directly tied to individual sales performance, offering top performers the opportunity to achieve substantial earnings.
