Based out of our South Jordan, Utah office this individual is responsible for providing world-class client service, deal management, product solutions, and operational support on private market transactions. This role will be critical in driving client and business solutions. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with multiple teams across Trading, Sales, Business Development, Technology, and Product to facilitate the best possible client experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- · Provide direct operational support to our Private Company Liquidity and Private Transaction businesses
- · Support deal planning lifecycle for liquidity events including deal project planning, facilitating platform testing, implementation of transaction, and settlement
- · Provide operational support for transaction lifecycle for secondary transaction trades
- · Communicate with internal & external stakeholders concerning transaction requirements
- · Create and improve operational processes and documentation for complex processes
- · Engage with external platforms and corporate issuers to achieve optimal client outcomes
- · Partner with Product and Software Development to enhance platform product offering
- · Identify areas of opportunity to create scale and efficiency through automation projects
- · Proactively identify potential issues and work with team members to find solutions
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
- · Bachelor’s degree
- · Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- · Project management skills
- · Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity for stakeholders
- · Ability to read and interpret a variety of legal documentation
- · Strong analytical background, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
- · Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
