GA Rogers + Associates has been tasked with helping a luxury resort property in Big Sky, Montana find a Residential Engineer.
As the Private Residential Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering friendly, prompt, and high-quality service to all guests you interact with. Your responsibilities will also include conducting preventive maintenance on guest accommodations and public spaces throughout the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Shift/Hours: 5 days/40 hours - flexible schedule
- Salary: $75,000+/annually
- Location: Big Sky MT

As the Private Residential Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering friendly, prompt, and high-quality service to all guests you interact with. Your responsibilities will also include conducting preventive maintenance on guest accommodations and public spaces throughout the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Change out light bulbs; perform preventative maintenance for guest accommodations to include: vinyl repair touch up paint minor furniture repair tub caulking tile repairs etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance for ice machines refrigerators kitchen equipment laundry equipment HVAC guestrooms meeting rooms.
- Perform exterior preventative maintenance such as painting, wood repairs, light roof repairs, electrical repairs and/ or hot tub repairs.
- Perform light electrical repairs
- Perform routine residential maintenance tasks as requested by owners and property managers
- Perform plumbing repair laundry equipment repair preventative maintenance on all exhaust fans and supply; monitor energy conservation; repair vacuum cleaners and any other small equipment upon request.
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Perform routine residential maintenance tasks as requested by owners and property managers
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or 2-4 year related experience
- Contractor/ trades licensing is preferred but not required
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions in English.
- Plumbing or electrical license preferred but not required.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
