JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analysis - Data - Compile, organize, summarize, prepare and/or analyze data for designated projects and report appropriately. May research issues related to assigned projects. Distribute reports to the necessary parties. May provide data to assist with audits and/or maintain records. May process and distribute ad hoc requests for information as requested. May participate in data or database management.
* Training - Delivery - Assist/participate in the formal or informal training, education, and/or development of staff, students, fellows, and/or residents. May assist in identifying ongoing educational/training needs. May assist in documentation and compliance. Promote/market educational/training opportunities as requested. May provide related reports/data.
* Training - Content Development - Assist in the design, objectives, and/or implementation of training/educational programs for a designated audience. May assist with the preparation of related reports and/or presentations. May provide input on training needs and/or evaluate training outcomes.
* Serve as a Resource - Demonstrate advanced competence in specific knowledge, skills and behaviors. Effectively communicate with team members and contribute to their growth by sharing knowledge, experience, and skills; stay abreast of changes in key systems; serve as an expert resource to the department, and/or hospital in specific area(s).
* Process Improvement - Participate in improving/assuring organizational and/or departmental performance/quality through recommending areas or approaches for improvement activities, performing new procedures, collecting data and/or providing input to department discussions. Anticipate and actively identify and recommend areas for process/system improvement. May work with appropriate personnel to implement agreed upon changes. May participate in the evaluation of improvement initiatives/activities.
To assist in analyzing imaging data including performance of three dimensional image reconstruction data, complex anatomical and functional analyses, archiving of image and functional numerical data for physician review, preparation of preliminary clinical reports and clinical quality assurance reports, and for the purpose of overall improvement in the delivery of care by providing knowledge and assistance to radiologists and physicians.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
