PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas.
Education: Prefer Masters degree. Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in Texas.
Experience: Prefer one year's experience with adults with brain injuries.
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in state of Texas. Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association strongly recommended.
Education: Graduation from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Experience: Prefer one year's experience with adults with brain injuries.
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST: Must be licensed in Texas in Speech Language Pathology with certificate of Clinical Competence.
Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT: Must be licensed in Texas as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST: Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas
Education/Licensure: Bachelors in Occupational Therapy; successful completion of NBCOT examination; program development and implementation skills; evidence of clinical experience; consistently demonstrate intermediate clinical evaluation and treatment skills in applicable areas of clinical practice; teaching skills of staff, students, peers, and others demonstrated.
Experience: Prefer one year’s experience with adults with brain injuries.
CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT: Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant from A.O.T.A. and Texas licensure.
Education: Associates Degree from an accredited academic program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Experience: Prefer at least one-year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in related health field.
