Process Analyst - American International Group

This role requires being in office in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating business process &/or system requirements to solve business problems

• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs

• Drive and challenge stakeholders on their assumptions of how their processes can be improved

• Develop formal recommendations/solutions for review by business customers

• Contribute and develop Business Change Team Knowledge Management & Best Practices

What we are looking for

• BA/BS degree preferred  

• This role would suit candidates that have limited experience in Business Analysis but who is keen to work as part of a cross functional team and develop their skills along the way.

• We require a candidate with a high level of insurance knowledge/experience and is able to share & use that knowledge to design process, system & data improvements.

• Experience in process identification, definition, and mapping

• Strong PC and documentation skills, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
