- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical or mechanical
- Experience developing new and improved manufacturing processes
- Design and plan the layout of equipment
- Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Schedule and coordinate projects to align with deadlines and budgets.
