As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, driving process improvements and optimization across our operations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's performance and growth. You will be part of a dynamic team of engineers who are passionate about improving processes and making a difference. If you are a solution-oriented individual with a strong background in process engineering, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
2. Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas of improvement.
3. Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
4. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
5. Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment reliability and system performance.
7. Conduct time studies to analyze workflows and processes for maximum efficiency.
8. Apply Kaizen principles for continuous improvement of processes and systems.
9. Utilize AutoCAD for the design and visualization of process improvements.
10. Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards in all operations.
11. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Kaizen, AutoCAD, process optimization, time studies, and quality control.
4. Strong knowledge of process-related standards and experience in process simulations.
5. Working knowledge of process engineering software packages.
6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
7. Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office and CAD software.
9. Excellent technical skills and understanding of statistical analysis.
10. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. Ability to think innovatively and solve complex problems.
