- Get stakeholders buy in for the project scope & high level timeliness
- Creating Detailed Project Plan & milestones
- Perform Data collation needed for analysis
- Analyze As-Is process & Data collated
- Conducting Brainstorming session with project team for To Be processes state
- Creating Value Stream Map & Performing Waste Analysis
- Providing Recommendation and Solutions road-map
- Get stakeholders buy in for the Recommendations & Road-map ahead
- Preparing a pilot implementation plan
- Preparing pilot readiness enablers to execute the pilot
- Implementation of Pilot
- Preparing a control and sustain plan and implement post pilot
- Share the project closure summary to the all the stakeholders
- Must have knowledge of Process Documentation using ARIS Process Mapping Tool
