Process Engineer - Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc.

Designs and optimizes processes within Wafer Fab and other production areas.Coordinates projects for the specification, installation, modification, and start-up of new capital equipment.Performs root cause analysis on non-conformances and develops corrective and preventative action plans.Drafts and revises standard processing procedures and product travelers.Collects and analyzes data in support of continuous improvement activities.Provides active support to production operations.Assists in job hazard analyses on current and proposed operations in Wafter Fab to identify safety risks and works with engineers and unit supervisors on their mitigation. All other duties assigned by SupervisorRequirementsB.S. in Engineering. Chemical Engineer preferred. High attention to detail and very organized. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
