Process Engineer for Vision Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technology expert, guiding and coaching teams on the implementation of innovative technologies.
- Identify and develop seamless integrations between manufacturing controls and IT systems, utilizing your expertise in machine vision, AI, RFID systems, and more.
- Lead projects from concept to completion—define requirements, develop business cases, plan, organize resources, and coordinate successful implementation.
- Develop software solutions for IT and manufacturing system integrations, including web and mobile applications, database design, and system controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IT, engineering, and product development, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define, measure, and communicate business value outcomes to stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in technologies such as machine vision, AI, RFID, digital work instructions, data collection, and process monitoring.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively present information, address concerns, and drive execution.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Requirements:
- A solid engineering background with proven experience in implementing complex systems and processes.
- Ability to work on multiple projects involving conflicting requirements and incomplete information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, using engineering principles to deliver high-quality products and process improvements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 25% based on project needs.
