Process Specialist
Wichita, KS - Full Time
Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Wichita, Kansas. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will evaluate existing business processes, projects, and/or initiatives; recommend business improvement opportunities. Support definition, development, and implementation of business process improvement projects and initiatives of low complexity. Projects are low risk and narrow in scope in support of larger business initiatives. Assist with resolution of business process issues. Works under general supervision.
This full-time position is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.
Duties:
- Manage inquiries that come in through a centralized tool.
- Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment).
- Assist in creation of team presentations and communications (PPT, video, etc).
- Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources.
- Present information to dealers in small groups.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Administrative or Accountant support experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Responsive to quick turnarounds.
- Intermediate level with MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- BA- Business management/Accounting/ related field.
Preferred:
- Detailed Oriented.
- Willingness to learn.
- Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity.
- Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience working globally and cross divisional.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience working with dealerships.
