About this Opportunity:
As a Process Technician, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining cost-efficient and effective processes for both new and existing molds. This role requires strong technical expertise in mold management and process optimization, ensuring smooth production while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate the startup of new and ongoing projects, focusing on optimizing cost, efficiency, and quality to ensure successful production runs.
- Process Control & Documentation: Ensure all processes are controlled effectively and maintain accurate documentation for reference and compliance.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee the performance of molds during production, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide assistance to resolve any quality-related problems.
- Process Development: Play a key role in establishing and documenting processes for new molds, monitoring tool design, and evaluating tool performance to ensure smooth integration into production.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate in the maintenance and repair of molds and automation systems, ensuring that all documentation related to repairs and alterations is properly maintained.
- Process Improvement: Conduct designed experiments such as cup shot analysis, shot times, and vent seal tests to refine and enhance processes, improve yields, reduce cycle times, and optimize setups.
- Setup & Progress Tracking: Prepare molding runs, monitor the progress of tools, and follow up on process and automation improvements to achieve optimal production results.
- System & Tool Design Assistance: Assist in the design, debugging, and maintenance of new systems, tooling, and automation to ensure seamless production.
- Mold & Equipment Maintenance: Support mold and mix head changes and help with maintenance on molds, tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Actively contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to other process technicians as needed, helping to resolve issues and improve processes.
