Process Technician - Revel Staffing

Join our global manufacturing team as a Process Technician, supporting high-quality production for healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs. In this role, you will maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficiency, precision, and compliance.

Shifts Available

Enjoy a consistent schedule with 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis—working 3 days one week and 4 days the next. This schedule provides 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5x.

• A Shift: Sun–Tues + every other Wed, 6AM–6PM
  
• B Shift: Sun–Tues + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
  
• C Shift: Thurs–Sat + every other Wed, 6AM–6PM
  
• D Shift: Thurs–Sat + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
  

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and maintain molding machines to ensure smooth production
  
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GMP standards
  
• Implement and maintain 5S practices and process audits
  
• Perform mold setups, pulls, and in-process maintenance
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
  
• Monitor and optimize cycle times and production efficiency
  
• Manage material handling and track scrap for process improvements
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
  
• Proficiency in QAR/CP and Process Binder procedures
  
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with 5S practices and audits
  
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule with built-in overtime)
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
