High School Diploma or GED
3+ years’ experience as a hands-on Process Technician for Injection Molding performing mold setups/changeovers, processing, troubleshooting/optimizing, and lite PMs
Knowledge of scientific Molding or Decoupled molding a plus
Ability to set up End-Arm Tooling
Ability to set up Visual Management systems
Must be willing to work on schedule
Must be career-minded looking to make an impact with a company and advance to positions with more responsibility as this new facility grows
Various mold changeover responsibilities
Advanced mold troubleshooting
Verify that the machine cycle, cavitation, and set-up parameters are correct
Perform daily mold and machine PM’s and record performance of machines and any adjustments made
Maintain machine cleanliness, and perform small mold, machine, and equipment repairs
Assist with, shift changes, logo changes, and machine repairs when possible
Help establish new processes and refine current processes as required
Communicate with the QA department to prevent any nonconforming products
Perform any housekeeping duties as assigned
Perform other duties as required for special projects
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
