Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm, is seeking a Processing Associate to join their team permanently. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About You:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Some knowledge of IRAs, insurance products, and financial institutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Administrative and data entry proficiency.
• Bachelors degree required.

Day to Day:

• Update and track client paperwork and applications.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and financial institutions to expedite actions.
• Assist with organizing and submitting applications for insurance and retirement products.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and physical files.
• Ensure workflow meets productivity and timeliness standards.
