POSITION SUMMARY:
The Procore Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Procore construction management platform at Marathon. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring Procore is effectively utilized to streamline project management, enhance collaboration, and improve overall project performance across our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ System Administration
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore within the company.
+ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Procore.
+ Configure and customize Procore tools and modules to meet the specific needs of various projects and departments (e.g., project management, quality and safety, financials, field productivity, etc.).
+ Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate project information is captured in Procore.
+ Develop and maintain Procore templates, workflows, and reports.
+ Stay up to date on Procore updates and new features and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
+ Training and Support:
+ Provide training and ongoing support to Procore users across the organization.
+ Create training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
+ Troubleshoot Procore issues and provide technical support to users.
+ Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for Procore.
+ Collaboration and Integration:
+ Work closely with project managers, engineers, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure Procore is being utilized effectively.
+ Collaborate with the IT department to integrate Procore with other systems and applications used within the company.
+ Identify opportunities to improve Procore utilization and drive adoption across the organization.
+ Data Analysis and Reporting:
+ Utilize Procore data to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into project performance, safety trends, and other key metrics.
+ Analyze Procore data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ Education:
+ B achelor's degree in c onstruction m anagement, e ngineering, i nformation t echnology, or a related field required.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, construction technology or a related field.
+ Proven experience administering and configuring Procore or a similar construction management platform.
+ Strong understanding of midstream oil and gas construction processes and workflows.
+ Experience in the oil and gas industry is required .
+ Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Training in both one on one settings as well as classroom led sessions.
+ Comfortable delivering online presentations and training.
Additional Information:
+ This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
+ The successful candidate will be required to pass Marathon’s background check .
