Procurement Administrator at FNAC ID- FUJIFILM North America Corp Imaging Division

Reporting to the Purchasing Associate Manager, the Procurement Administrator will perform general procurement administrative tasks related to Ariba, sourcing, and procurement activities. You must work well in a team environment while being driven to perform remotely and under remote management. You would be part of an elite team of professionals who strive to achieve personal and professional goals daily. As Procurement Administrator, your tasks may vary from day to day as procurement needs change.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ariba module administration including, but not limited to:
  • Creating workflows
  • Importing data
  • Exporting data
  • Facilitating conclusions to open issues.
• Procurement reporting and analysis
• Miscellaneous Ariba system administration duties
• SAP, Oracle or other ERP related procurement tasks upon request
• Procurement task management and follow ups
• Drafting and reviewing procurement documentation, including executive summaries for contracts and savings documentation
• Manage approval workflows and contact end users when necessary to ensure timely approvals.
• Respond to Emails, Teams Messages and Phone Calls in a timely manner
• Attend Daily Procurement Team Calls
• Take meeting minutes and provide recap email when requested

Required Skills/Education

• Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience in related area
• 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, i.e SAP Ariba (Required)Strong customer service skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems, especially related to procurement, data analysis, or contract management.
• Contract management experience
• Knowledge of approval workflows
• Professionalism
• Great Communication – Virtual Meetings on camera, Email and Phone, Presentations
• Attention to detail
• Responsive to Stakeholder Requests
• Microsoft 365® – Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to prioritize based on the urgency of a situation
• Travel required
• Reliable internet service
