Starting Salary is $61,000 - $96,000 annually. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and effectively communicate travel program policy, procedures and processes.
- Support effective operation of internal controls to validate adherence to procurement policies, processes and external regulations.
- Collaborate on strategic alignment, category maturity, and changing business requirements in development of best-in-class procurement operations.
- Create, gather, classify, and analyze data to advance travel program management, contracting processes and category maturity.
- Create, prepare, and interpret reporting and business intelligence in support of department, business area, operational and regulatory needs, and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze category services, spend and provide success metrics.
- Assist in the development of procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee vendor technology utilized within the company. Provide functional administration in partnership with internal and vendor technology support operations, to resolve issues and manage technology changes.
Qualifications
- Travel industry and technology experience desired
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Procurement knowledge and category analysis
- Data collection and analytics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Risk control/governance
Items of Note:
- May be required to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on workload and as business needs dictate
- May require extended overnight travel to company facilities, vendor locations, meetings, conferences, training courses, etc.
