Starting Salary is $61,000 - $96,000 annually. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and effectively communicate travel program policy, procedures and processes.
• Support effective operation of internal controls to validate adherence to procurement policies, processes and external regulations.
• Collaborate on strategic alignment, category maturity, and changing business requirements in development of best-in-class procurement operations.
• Create, gather, classify, and analyze data to advance travel program management, contracting processes and category maturity.
• Create, prepare, and interpret reporting and business intelligence in support of department, business area, operational and regulatory needs, and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and analyze category services, spend and provide success metrics.
• Assist in the development of procurement budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee vendor technology utilized within the company. Provide functional administration in partnership with internal and vendor technology support operations, to resolve issues and manage technology changes.

• Travel industry and technology experience desired
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Risk control/governance

• May be required to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on workload and as business needs dictate
