Procurement Analyst from System One

Procurement Analyst 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8 - 5:00 pm
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Temp to Perm 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Completes MRP analysis/replenishment and executes release orders based on current workflows and metrics.
• Maintains MRP databases and systems with updated information and annotations.
• Coordinates and/or places release orders for bulk ingredients.
• Communicates, as necessary, to key stakeholders.
• Serves as liaison between carriers, bakery personnel, and any other stakeholder(s) at bakery level.
• Communicates at risk direct materials at the bakery level to upper management.
• Strive to provide a 24 hour (max) turnaround on email requests and purchase order requests as most issues are very time sensitive.
• Develop and runs reports/queries as needed.
• Performs special projects as assigned.

• Minimum of Associates Degree or higher in business or related discipline.
• Inventory management/analysis critical for this position.
• 1-3 years related experience in logistics/supply chain management.
• Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment.
• Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Power Point.
• Proficiency in Oracle preferred.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods helpful.
• Limited travel required. 100% working remote from home.
