About You:

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive person with a background in purchasing, supply chain management, and logistics coordination. Your time management skills and ability to task switch make managing multiple operations seem easy. You are comfortable talking to, and coordinating with, multiple vendors to secure on time delivery of products ordered for the shop. You interact well with Department Heads and Project Managers to ensure that materials are purchased and received in a timely manner to keep projects on track. You are comfortable handling multiple daily orders, organizing receivables, and tracking shipments.

About the Position:

The Procurement Specialist and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for purchasing supplies, materials, and consumables for the Studio and its staff. They are also responsible for scheduling our drivers and vehicles (4 total) for our daily business operations. They work directly with the team to analyze inventory and forecast needs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload awkward packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a purchasing agent or similar
• 2+ years Logistics Coordination
• High school graduate or GED
