After seeing Covid-19 rupture supply chains across the globe, we turned our attention to improving them. We recently acquired a 9,000 sqft location in Kermit, Texas. We provide procurement services, and other specialty supply chain services to clients in the Permian Basin. Our products are client-dependent and include items such as fittings, gaskets, flanges, nipples, valves, hoses, sensors, and general supply items. We are looking to build out our operational capacity as our business is expanding.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Procurement/Project Manager to oversee procurement and logistics. Managing inventory, coordinating efficient logistics, and building strong relationships with procurement partners in the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background, with a knack for problem-solving and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track inventory and restocking patterns for a suite of clients.
- Schedule lead times and designate contingency plans to ensure on-time restocking and delivery.
- Hands-on management to coordinate efficient logistics for pickup and delivery.
- Source, price, and fulfill procurement orders.
- Constant pulse on Texas materials markets with an enthusiastic approach to doing things better than the standard industry practice.
- Build price sheets and bids for various customer types.
- Coordinate and foster relationships with procurement partners including pick-up. Deliveries, and new work.
- Manage a team to deliver top-quality service to our customers while working with a corporate manager to find new ways to beat the market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent operations background with a focus on high-level problem-solving in the midst of juggling many moving parts.
- Ability to think around excuses before they are given, how to fail forward, and artfully rattle cages when necessary to execute company timelines and make
deadlines.
- Procurement experience for oil and gas-related materials in the Permian would be preferred but isn’t necessary.
