Procurement Project Coordinator
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Procurement Project Coordinator with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in SAP Procurement and Logistics modules. This role requires expertise in coordinating procurement activities for various services and materials, alongside a strong foundation in project management, supplier lifecycle management, and SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement Fiori applications.

- Proficiency in Purchase Requisitions, Shopping Carts, approvals, Purchase Orders, RFx management, and vendor contracts

- Strong technical writing skills
**Key Position Duties:**
The Procurement Project Coordinator will be a central figure in coordinating SAP S4 procurement activities, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP upgrade project. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure project success. Responsibilities include:
1. **Project Leadership and SME Role**
- Serve as the business point of contact and SME for the ERP Upgrade Project, focusing on Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
- Provide guidance on implementing and refining ERP enterprise software systems, applications, and related business processes.
2. **Subsystem Coordination and Policy Revision**
- Lead, coordinate, and support assigned Sourcing & Procurement subsystems, including data management, testing, and communication with the project team.
- Draft or revise policies and procedures as needed, based on project impact.
3. **Process Mapping and Adaptation**
- Familiarize with existing SAP/SRM Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement business processes to map new business requirements accurately into the ERP design.
- Quickly adapt to PTC's current state business and system processes to facilitate efficient process mapping.
4. **Strategic Oversight and Reporting Development**
- Provide strategic oversight for existing and new business requirements, collaborating with IT and Master Data teams to develop efficient reporting solutions.
5. **Data Management and Reconciliation**
- Support data profiling and cleansing for Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement master data and transactions.
- Conduct data reconciliations and validations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
6. **Testing, Gap Analysis, and Mitigation**
- Engage in all project testing activities, identifying and documenting any gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure project alignment with business needs.
7. **Go-Live and Hypercare Support**
- Provide cutover and hypercare support post-go-live to ensure smooth transitions and operational stability.
8. **ERP Workflow Development and Documentation**
- Develop and document workflow processes for ERP system operations, working closely with the system integrator and IT teams to implement complex workflows.
9. **Training and User Support**
- Assist in identifying training needs, providing initial training for new users, and creating user procedures, guidelines, and documentation as required.
10. **Change Management and System Upgrade Support**
- Ensure that modifications and upgrades are thoroughly tested before live implementation, supporting best practices in system and process change management, documentation, and the establishment of process standards.
