About the Job
- 70% - Procurement/Sourcing: SaaS/hardware/licensing work; Understand licensing structure, create negotiation strategy, work with internal stakeholders to ensure product roadmap for purchases, etc.
- 30% - Contracting: SOW work, amendments, etc.; Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA. Less technical
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements), order forms, SOWs and amendments required to support business activities
- Manage vendor initiatives including sourcing activities (RFx), supplier selection, contract/pricing negotiation and spend tool administration
- Analyze company spend regularly to appropriately determine and execute on sourcing initiative and cost saving opportunities
- Partner with Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk and Compliance teams with respect to contract reviews, threatened and actual litigation, corporate compliance issues, and other similar matters affecting the supported business units
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience related to procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience
- Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required
- Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work; Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts
- Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
- Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools
- Background in lega
- Adobe Sign for E-signature tool experience
- Retail technology experience is highly preferred
- Raindrop for spend management tools experience
- Experience with indirect procurement (strategic sourcing, category/supplier/spend management), contracts
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principles
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
