The Subject Matter Expert provides executive level guidance and subject matter expertise to accounting and audit teams.  

Role and Responsibilities

• Serves as knowledge base and advisor to accountants, financial professionals, auditors, and accounting personnel.
• Responds to and solves questions relative to Government regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Practices, and Financial guidelines that may be agency or organization-specific. 

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements

• Master's in finance, accountning, business, or relevant discipline required.
• At 10 years of relevant experience. 
• Must have experience and in-depth knowledge of PPBE/MFR 
• (Desired) experience with Financial Management Systems, Momentum is a plus.
