As our Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, driving our material management, logistics, and production teams to success. You will report to the Director of Construction and will supervise six direct reports. This is your opportunity to:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- After our projects are sold, you oversee the planning of resources for our construction installation teams from scheduling, procurement, inventory and logistics.
- Oversee vendor relationships, price negotiations, delivery scheduling, and handle ticket discrepancies.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and equipment delivery schedules.
- Supervise company inventory, stock levels, and material movements within our warehouse and yard.
- Format job pick tickets, delegate team tasks, and ensure seamless delivery of materials to job sites.
- Provide leadership to your team, handling performance feedback, issue escalation, and daily schedules.
- Attend daily production meetings and handle administrative tasks.
- Lead the customer scheduling, permit acquisition and construction inspections.
- Foster strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
- This role is 100% of the time in the office.

- Physical capability to handle lifting, carrying, and moving equipment when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Schedule: 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065 (Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required)
