About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Unload and break down deliveries. Rotate stocks for freshness
- Be responsible for cutting, and trimming products into saleable sizes and for better presentation
- Handle spoiled products properly. Keep accurate logs in accordance with the policies of the company, state food safety, and health
- Follow the company policy to clean the walk-in cooler, clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and counters in a safe manner, and maintain work areas clean
- Complete production process, quality control, and other techniques maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Keep aisles and common walking areas clean / cleared of boxes and debris to prevent injury
- Perform other duties as for business needs
Qualifications:
- No experience is required
- Be flexible with assigned working schedules
- Have a Food Handlers Card or willing to obtain one
- Must be self-motivated, creative, and passionate about food
- Having strong time management, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural environment
- Ability to work weekends and early morning shifts

- $16 / Hr - $17 / Hr based on experience
- 6 days a week, may need to work during weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
- Stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
- Lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more with appropriate equipment
- Able to work occasionally with an environment temperature ranging from 32ºF to 50°F
