Everi is looking for a Casino Gaming Producer in Chicago!
This role is part of our Black Hat studio, which oversees our games’ entire development cycle, and ensures each department is completing their work on time and delivering a quality product. As a game producer, you’ll deal more with the logistics of the game production, rather than the creative aspects of a game’s development.
As a "hybrid" role, it is required to work 3 days per week out of our Chicago office.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and facilitate project meetings and propose improvements, if necessary
- Identify and evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and propose solutions
- Plan and manage team goals, project requirements, schedules and design change
- Supervise assigned projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related tasks by ensuring all necessary materials are current and logged in the proper tools
- Direct project correspondences by preparing & reviewing project proposals, meeting objectives & minutes & emails
- Communicate with Stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Adhere to project timeline by monitoring and driving team progress
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and release activities
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with professional project management
- Jira experience.
- Upbeat personality and critical thinker
- Ability to track and analyze project health metrics
- Flexibility – sometimes a game that you’ve been working on gets completely changed and this role requires the fluidity to roll with that.
- Organization - the producer will assemble and manage the development team, oversee production, and helm the schedule, ensuring the on-time completion of all tasks and deliverables.
Nice to have's:
- Experience managing teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a huge plus (Casino, iGaming, PlayStation, XBOX, etc)
- Ability to brainstorm obstacles using creative solutions.
- Experience working on a development team.
- Experience working with remote or on-site team members located in different time zones and coutries.
- Exceptional communication and leadership capability. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$92,000 - $101,300 annually.
