ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role as aProducer,you’lluse your experiencetobridge ideas and reality to create breakthrough creative workconcentratingonquarterly and reactive workstreams, while support activations in a trainingcapacity.You’llcollaborate with creative teams and project managers to source solutions and plan the creation of content.You’lllearn to grow and use anetwork of partners and suppliers to create workthat’sbetter thanwhat’s already been done, or to helpidentifyhow to do what has never been done before, with support from producers, sr. producers and the executive producer. You and your team will find ways to make great content and experiences at the speed of culture.

Primary Responsibilities
ASSISTING/LEARNINGPRODUCTION SCOPING:Youwill be supported inscopingideas during the creative process to help manage and shape the idea during development. Particularly,you’llbe working on reactive and quarterly content and ramping up knowledge on how to produce for an activation.
PRODUCTION PLANNING:Youcommunicate clearly tosuppliers and other creators to find ways to plan and execute a range of ideaswithin quarterly and reactive content. You willbe supported in findingand sourcingpartners and experts who can help you makejust about anythingcome to life.
SMALLSHOOT MANAGEMENTAND ASSISTANCE:You willleveragetheexperienceof producerstohelpplan and execute a range of shoots & projects fromsmallerscale content shoots (social posts) tomediumscale photography and sound recording sessions. You understand how to run a production schedule and managecreators on site, with support fromproducersas necessary.
EVENT MANAGEMENT:Youare responsible fororganizing and managing small-scale, social -led events, from planning to execution. This includes venue selection, vendor management,logisticsplanning, and on-site coordination.
ENTRY TOCLIENT MANAGEMENT:You willlearn to buildpre-production presentations thatanticipatebrand partner feedback and proactively address concerns.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT:You will manage the costs and processes involved with asmall and mediumbudget productions, preventing scope creep and cost-overruns.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
5+ years of experience in a production department at a traditional,social, or experiential agency that producessocialcontent.
A proventrack recordof organization and multitasking skills with a strong interest in production.
A university or college diploma, or other education related to content production.
A history of being able to work with creative teams.
A general understanding of thetenantsof production & understandingof project types including social content & assets, campaign production, video, motion graphics and digital banners.A curiosity inexperiential production and event management is a plus.
A familiarity ofvendor procurement andmanagement andassessingoverall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
Basic knowledge and understanding of USA and Canada Entertainment Laws.
Experience in partnering and developing relationships with non-traditional productionvendors.
An understanding in the importance ofproject management andclient/agency structure
Youhave experience working withsuppliers, technology partners, directors, and other skilled creators. You will learn alongside producers how to quickly grow your database of partners and suppliers.
An understanding ofmanaging expense, paying invoices, and financial processes.With experience in invoice tracking and payments.
Acuriosityto improve and learnpresentations skills and communication skills in a group environment.
A passion for food and food marketing.
A desire to docreate thumb stopping content!
