Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in Fusion Product, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers
As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way
The buy side gains a competitive advantage by using Fusion, as their data is seamlessly integrated and combined across multiple sources into a single data model
You will use this model to implement data-driven insights downstream to generate investment and operational alpha
Fusion is a cloud-native data solution built for institutional investors that delivers end-to-end data management, analytics and reporting. Job Responsibilities:Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsManages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Develops detailed project plans and timelinesEnsures projects are completed successfully, to scope and on time.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.Maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.Leads cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Partners to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and manage team performance to meet project goals.Identifies potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitors project progress and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Excellent program leadership skills, able to work collaboratively and influence effectively across the wider team to drive collective delivery.Strong understanding of project management methodologies e.g
AgileStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in project management tools including JIRA, Confluence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsA Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery is highly desirable. Experience in Investment Data Management, Analytics or AI would be beneficialA PM certification such as APMP would be beneficial
