**Responsibilities**
+ Work with multidisciplinary and cross-product teams to deliver beautiful end-to-end, accessible user experiences across multiple experiences
+ Work as part of an in-house design team, preferably at an enterprise organization
+ Solve complex problems with simple or intuitive experiences
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present your work
+ Work effectively cross functionally with other teams
+ Thorough understanding of, and proven ability in Figma and Adobe design tools
+ Investigate new technologies and keep abreast of modern techniques for building and prototyping applications
+ Embraces code as part of the design process and can adopt computational representations
+ Stay current on design trends, technologies, and tools, and incorporate them into the design team's work as appropriate

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications** ?
+ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
+ OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
**Preferred Qualifications** ?
+ Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs) and seamlessly integrating them into the UX of existing product experiences.
+ 1+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
+ 1+ years technical engineering experience and familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, Python and comfortable with React and/or Web Components
+ Visual Design skills
Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
